Tahoe Donner Ski Area
Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area is located within the Tahoe Donner development, north of Donner Lake and Truckee. The family-oriented ski resort is open to the public. The base elevation is 6,700 feet and the summit of Eagle Rock is 7,350 feet.
Tahoe Donner Amenities
Tahoe Donner has one quad chair, a double chair, and 3 conveyor lifts serving 120 acres of skiable terrain. Forty percent of their terrain is rated for novices and sixty percent for intermediates. They have 3 terrain parks with ramps, jibs, rails, boxes, jumps and more.

Lessons often sell out. Reservations are recommended weeks in advance for peak dates and at least 72 hours in advance for other dates.

Tahoe Donner Facilities
- Base Lodge - located at the foot of the lifts. Basket check, lost and found, lockers
- Ticket Office - located on the lower level of the Base Lodge
- Rental and Repair Shop - located on the lower level of the Base Lodge (530) 587-9476
- The Grill - located on the upper level of the Base Lodge. Breakfast 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM, lunch 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Sun Deck and Outdoor BBQ Area - at the Base Lodge, BBQ on weekends 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- New in 2016-17, a 700 square-foot yurt with a large deck, providing a slopeside warm area for lessons.
- Bar - located on the upper level of the Base Lodge, open 11 AM - 5:00 PM. Four flat screen TVs.
